ProjectsSuprematismthumb
Designed by Denis Guidone
Suprematism, the invention of Russian artist Kazimir Malevich, was one of the earliest and most radical developments in abstract art.
In his homage to the art movement, designer Denis Guidone’s Suprematism watch frames bold shapes and colors which continue shift composition with each passing second.
ProjectsOntheRightTrackthumb
Designed by Yusuke Taguchi
Inspired by the love of the railroad, “On the Right Track” is a watch that draws its inspiration from railroad tracks.
The watch has 5 sets of lines each representing both minute and hour with the middle line directing itself to the time. A contemporary spin on a traditional image designed by Projects newest designer, Yusuke Taguchi.
Projectsmeantimethumb
Design by Denis Guidone
Meantime for the moment, for the present, for the time being, for now, in the interim, in the interval “in the meantime, we’ll set the table and chill the wine”
Minimalism in motion.
At first glance the watch is a crisp interpretation of minimalist traditions; a play on black and white, no spare elements, white hands for a power graphic. At second look one notices the movement. The 60 seconds marks rotate continuously.
ProjectsOpticalGRAYthumb
Design: Alessio Romano
Optical Gray’s origins were born observing the culture and style of the 60s. In particularly the OPTICAL art (Op art) and its greatest exponents (Victor Vasarely, Bridget Riley, Richard Anuszkiewicz) works. My goal being to create an optical illusion by the movement of the hour and minute.
“The status of instability perception is engaging every time you look at this watch”.
