AÃRK Marble Watches - No Two Are Alike

Special Edition Designed by Duo Daniel Emma

It's time to tap your veins with one of these Marble masterpieces. The Marble is the culmination of AÃRK’s first collaborative effort with industrial design duo Daniel Emma.
Born from Daniel Emma’s love of material as a base element to design, the Marble is built on principles of simplicity and playfulness.
Featuring a thin layer of real marble enclosed in a pared-back stainless steel casing, the natural beauty of the material speaks for itself. Due to the organic nature of marble, each piece has unique patterning ensuring no two dials are the same.

New Triwa Limited Edition "The Impossible Triangle" Bjerkesjö No. 1 & 2 Watches

Inspired by the Art of M.C. Escher

The Limited Edition TRIWA Bjerkesjö No. 1 & 2

Swedish watch and accessories experts TRIWA enlist the talents of artist Erik Bjerkesjö on two new watches, simply titled No. 1 and No. 2. Limited to just 300 pieces each, these rare timepieces come emblazoned with the iconic 'Impossible (Penrose) Triangles' etched in gold and silver, respectively.
Looking to create a more conceptual, less utilitarian collection, the duo introduce bold M.C. Escher-inspired forms to replace the standard dial on two models, the impossible objects and infinity designs of the Dutch artist fusing mathematics with decorative design.

TRIWA x BJERKESJÖ No.1 Limited Edition Escher Triangle
Described as “a design collaboration and artistic concept” with creativity and music at its core, bespoke footwear specialist Bjerkesjö brings his dark and moody aesthetic to the table, the celebrated maker named Vogue Italia Designer of the Year 2014 and Pitti Immagine Uomo’s Who is on Next 2013.
Penrose "Impossible" Triangles
The Penrose triangle, also known as the Penrose tribar, is an impossible object. It was first created by the Swedish artist Oscar Reutersvärd in 1934. The psychologist Lionel Penrose and his mathematician son Roger Penrose independently devised and popularised it in the 1950s, describing it as "impossibility in its purest form". It is featured prominently in the works of artist M. C. Escher, whose earlier depictions of impossible objects partly inspired it.
